A phone card or calling card - a telephone credit card with a Personal Identification Code (Pin) employed for a pre-chosen international long distance retailer when gone away from relatives or not at work. ATT calling plans allow to call up a phone all over the world with a phone card dialing a predetermined number (usually Toll-Free). It is not completely free, like a few VoIP carriers say, but the admirable quality is outstanding and you doen't have to be online to make a call. Give it a try!
