Collaboration

When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

Getting to know their differences is necessary to ensure that an appropriate software application is employed to gratify your needs.

Conversational interaction is an exchange of data and an interaction of transaction is an exchange of a transaction substance between 2 or more participants, whereas an interaction of collaboration is used for a modification of a collaboration entity, for example: reaching a common goal.

Collaborative interactions are structured in such a way that the primary goal of those involved is to change the collaboration substance from something unstable and intangible, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.

Collaborative software

Collaboration software is considered to be one type of groupware programs that allow people share information and work together on projects.

Its powerful functionality lets team members to browse action plans, access shared documents, track projects, supervise schedules, facilitate business processes, be promptly reminded of any new objectives and activities they are involved in. You may come across a plenty of ways in which this software can be very useful: moderating events, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and coordinating work of two or more business units or even offices.
